  1. I work in higher education & EDI departments are just absolute parasites- they act as witch finders. As Ilyas said, demand for racism (& all the isms & phobias) outstrips supply & so their job is to seek it out which creates an environment of scrutiny & fear. Universities are infested by anti intellectual woke values where it is 'problematic' to think critically & 'kindness' ie lying, colluding, deluding, grooming, comes before all else.
