  2. I think the argument is that you can have male women based on the construct of legal sex. Which trumps biology

  3. We dont even need the word trans. It is still a totally subjective, ideological word. There are men who think they are, or want to be women, and vis versa. We don't need a word for it, it only embeds the concept. It is more helpful to name the behaviour eg 'cross dresser'

  5. On a legal level, we have to allow freedom of belief. On a mental health level, we need to maintain that delusion is an unhealthy state of mind & should never be encouraged (unless in the case of deme tia where there is no hope of retaining the truth)
