  20. @magsteel9891  until recently we could hardly talk about it, since the Maya Forstater case we became legally able to & since then the chilling effect is gradually thawing & we are talking about it more & more & it's getting further into the mainstream. The more light shone on this dark little cult the closer we are to ending it, so I definitely think talking about it is helping. We just need to stay strong, no compromising (eg no preferred pronouns for the 'good' trans etc) & we will eventually return to truth ✊️

In turn I would do what was needed on the home front, women could be conscripted to necessary occupations eg ambulance driving, weapons manufacture

  30. Equality doesn't mean exactly the same. I don't want men caring for young children- they aren't as good at it & they pose more of a risk. I don't want women working in mines as they will be less effective. But I want both sexes to have equal political representation & financial etc rewards.

  31. @Aman6173d2y  no one is saying women should be paid the same for doing less work, all annual salary is pro rata or else people are paid by the hour. Not true about women only dating up, most of my boyfriends have earned less than I do & that's very common amongst people I know. Generally I think things are less complex when both partners are in similar economic situations

  36. Look at per capita figures. There is a specific issue here that requires discussion. The subject cannot be stifled and shamed away. Please take part in discussion about child abuse on a broad scale , of course that is important. But it is as important to openly and honestly discuss specific types

  48. @jonahtwhale1779  in my country, UK, if the father also has parental responsibility then the mother cannot arrange to have the child adopted without his agreement. From what I know of safe haven laws (we don't have them), the law applies to parents not just mothers. Infanticide is not the charge in every case of a mother killing a baby, it is specifically if it is found that her mental state was destabilised as a result of the birth (post partum psychosisfor example). In many cases, the charge is murder. If a father kills a child and it is found it was because he was not sane at the time, there would also be a difference in charges. Both parents may abandon the child to the other parent and be compelled to pay child support
