  1. My political journey exactly maps Meghan's. It is a blessing, kind of like being given the gift of sight, to be forced to examine all of your positions. What an education! But of course, what a curse of loneliness to suddenly be out of step with almost everyone around you (friends, family, colleagues, institutions)

  3. 'Dont put your dick in crazy' is EXTREMELY good advice. I say this as a woman in the sexual violence field, with NO denial of the reality of male violence, but having seen all kinds of f'd up situations
