  1. I have also spent a lot of time in care homes and I wouldn't want to live in even the nice ones. The majority of people who need care are there because they have dementia and that looks to me a living nightmare. I would rather die than be in that situation. The key is acting to remove yourself from that while still having the ability to do so. It's a very difficult balance
