  2. James Dreyfuss seems lovely & a classical liberal. However I don't agree that it's OK to have a ritual that everyone gives their pronouns as long as everyone wants to. Stating ones pronouns is an exercise in ideology. It means nothing to someone who doesn't believe in gender ideology nor that we should control each others speech or how others see us and describe us. It's as inappropriate as putting religious rituals into work routines. Our professional worlds should be secular, neutral. Keep it in your church
