  2. Immigration is still an issue regardless of the fact that the rich are rigging the system. Current levels of Immigration prop up this system as it creates a constant resource of low paid labour which reduces the bargaining power of workers here, it also strains the increasingly meagre housing stock and the crumbling and ragged housing, education and health services. More than one thing at a time can be true
