  1. This is not a sewage pipe and it was installed not by the Ukraine but by the Soviet union USSR, CCCP. Same kind of infrastructure in Russia. The reason the Ukrainians didn't know about the pipeline is because they didn't construct it.

  5. It's a pipeline, not a sewer pipe. The Ukraine only has outhouses and no running water. They use a bucket and a handpump to get water. Water after used just gets thrown out the door. This guy doesn't know the Ukraine.
