Because of the BS around Cov an ambulance and first responders would not help a cardiac patient because the person helping the lády in cardiac dístress was not sure if she was vaccinated- In rural Alberta we farmers respond regardless - rifles at the ready, a cardiac-machine, oxygen etc- Cops/RCMP are useless here 2 1/2 hrs away and the Federal government would not fund emergency Services and closed the only hospital we had which was very búsy!
