  12. Namibia is a small country with very few immigratns.. in germany it would cost billions to implement a digital system for the whole country.. there are thousands of municipalities and over 1 million immigrans every year

  26.  @OluapOirevlis  as someone who had to deal the brazilian bureaucracy a couple times.. it was a nightmare.. i got wrong information from officials aka i was straight up lied to, waiting times were insane, officials were unreliable (just walked out and went on break for 4 hours with me waiting there) and i was offered the option to bribe so my stuff would get worked on faster.. as someone from europe i was insulted by the offer to bribe the official..
