  9. for me it doesnt spike anxiety, quite the opposite.. my anxiety is gone when im a bit drunk.. but im european and imo we can handle alcohol better than americans.. americans usually get blackout drunk when they drink..

Im pretty sure the divorve of my parents ofter 25 years ago still causes me problems.. my father was essentially absnt from my whole childhood.. i get incredibly jealous sometimes when my best female friend starts something with a new guy .. Im so afraid of getting abandoned again it always feels like a knife stab when she tells me.. i have to phisically leave the place .. i truly hate myself for it cause i want her to be happy but by subconciousness and my rational thoughts dont go together
