  2. 'Just think that if they had relaxed the conditions of membership a bit then the UK would still be part of the EU. The whole thing seem so unnecessary.' I know - if only the 27 EU members had done what they were told, it would never have come to this. Now they are going to be cut off from the UK, right?

  3. Very soon a country that cannot feed itself, possessing a higher debt to GDP ratio than Ireland, but a lower GDP per capita will leave the world largest trading bloc right on its door step with no trade deals and no trade negotiators. I'm sure that will hurt, and hurt badly.
