  1. @Brian...its not that straight forward. Ireland won't accept Northern Ireland unless 80% of the population want unity; Northern Ireland voted to stay in the EU and it was hoped that some exemption could be worked out for Northern Ireland to stay in the customs union. Sadly that's not going to happen. The Irish will veto phase 2 of the talks - the trade agreement. Ireland has nothing to gain and everything to lose from Brexit.

  2. Ireland people would only want it under certain circumstances, and they don't exist. The status quo under the GFA is the best scenario - but Brexit is threat to that now.
