@civis.revixit Who isn't staring into the abyss of recession now? The UK is staring into the abyss of recession AND its leaving the EU with no trade deals. And you voted for it, with only your sense of exceptionalism for protection.

@civis.revixit You do indeed have trade deals ready to roll when you finally manage to leave - with the Faroe Islands; perhaps another ruling taking deal with the United States. The UK is indeed facing recession. The idea that you can cut 46% of your trade off from the EU and AND not face recession is patently ignorant. The difference is, the UK is facing a longer and deeper recession than any other western nation. And it is all self-imposed. You voted for it.
