  3. Posen has a PhD in Political Economy and Government from Harvard. It only sounds like psychobabble to you because you have no idea what he is talking about. You have quotations from South Park. I rest my case.

  4. Well, you don't seem to need any empirical evidence - all you have presented so far is an opinion. Why don't you take your own advice? It is you that is doing me a disservice with the quality of your answer. I'd stick with the head with the PhD.

  5. 'The point is Posen is making predictions about the future therefore there is no empirical evidence.' There is evidence, but it is continually dismissed as Project Fear and remoaning. Brexit, on the other hand, is based on promises for which there was no empirical evidence - or were downright lies - and in some cases have already been proven to be so.
