  2. Furthermore, their own courts told them there was nothing wrong with the Protocol. This means the problem is Brexit, not the Protocol.

So Northern Ireland needs to say out loud to the world - and particularly to London - they they are Part of the United Kingdom and still in the EU Single Market and that the NI Courts have stated that the Protocol is not the problem, Brexit is. Indeed, they need to state that while the EU does not insist on a border for customs, the fundamentals of international trade do. Cheers.
