  1. @oliverhiestand7098 Maybe the version Germany is transferring to the U.K. is of better use there for some military reason such as can be fired from further away and/or from ships ? And the ones the U.K. are to send to Ukraine more suitable for their use? Pretty sure they will have their reasons. As for the bridge. I had the impression early on that they felt the bridge needed to stand as an exit path for the occupiers when Ukraine reclaims Crimea when it can then be destroyed. Things have likely changed since then though. I am confident they will find a way to bring it down.

  2. Mitch McConnell says they are deliberately delaying the deal. They are putting all their bets on a Trump success and direction from him is to prevent anything happening now as Trump wants the right thing to happen on his watch,. He has McConnell‘s backing innthus. So it shows this „urgent“ situation of the boarders is not so urgent for the Republicans as they make out. That doing the right thing for the USA, for Ukraine and world order comes after personal gain. Thousands more lives can be lost than need be as lost as Long as this delaying tactic wins „glory“ for Trump. Emperor’s Clothes!

  3. I have the feeling the U.K. is higher up the list for revenge from Putin. He has already threatened to blow our „little island“ out of the water. We are less than 20 miles from Salisbury and I cannot forget or forgive Putin for the Russian ‚tourists‘ he sent here to murder by poisoning two of his own and through their carelessness killed a local lady and ended the career of one our local bobbies with wrecked health. A lot has changed for the worse for Russia and especially their relationship with the neighbours since Putin forced himself into power then extending his „reign“ by means of law change. Similarities with Hitler are uncanny, and there are other wanna be autocrats elsewhere willing to crush peaceful democracies if it gains them personnel power and notoriety.
