  1. Rubbish. Repeating does not make this true. Putin has bombed cities indiscriminately from day one. Ukraine fights on the front line. They send missiles to destroy munitions supply and production facilities and other military targets. The car park in Belgorod did not have a missile sized crater. It was NOT aimed at. Ukraines target was the Russian rocket launchers beyond Belgorod. They also that day destroyed an electronics factory outside of Belgorod. The damage in residential Belgorod killing 25 Russians was a result of the Russian’s air defence and the shrapnel they bought down over the town.
