Trump is naive. Anither tools. Both Trump and Putin wanted a weaker Eurooe. Trump for dominence of trade, Putin political. The cyber attacks and influence resulting in Brexit. All made this longterm idiology plan more possible. So nit detailed in planning, but a slow process of creating favourable conditions for Putin’s end-plan.
