Putin‘s role in Africa and out east is to undermine the USA and western democratic influence world wide. He keeps in power through petetual wars. Putin can keep his people subdubed and willing if conned into thinking they are under threat. They must pay for his war machines in place of the amenities, dam repairs, plane maintenance etc. he makes himself appear to be ‚The Savior‘ in times of adversity, when in fact the war, the adversity is of his own making! If Ukraine is a no importance. A nonentity as you suggest, Why is Putin so keen to steel the land and its people? Does Russia not have enough land already? Or is it the peoole? The sole Soviet tank that took part in the victory parade 2022 was designed and built in Ukrsine. Planes etc Ukrsinian built.

  2. @alexeishayya He knows more about it than you. He has seen the captured soldiers. Putin has so far avoided recruiting from the likes of Moscow and St Petersburg. He takes from the deliberately held poor areas both of rural Russia and the more eastern areas of the Russian Federation. Also recruits from prisons. Many young men from Moscow and St Petersburg that can afford it have long since left Russia for more peaceful lands!

  4. The nine months deliberate delay by the republicans for the aid to Ukraine WAS vital to making sure Ukraines progress was halted. Thousands died unnecessarily. Thevaidvwas promised plans made. Thevsd did notbarrive. The timing re weather conditions, personal in situ, other logistic etc all out of sinc. As the means to complete the mission were missing. If you are general with combate experience can you tell me with none that you plan and can then execute those plans without the means to do so? For nine months! Different seasons different ground conditions. Even the Russian with hundreds more tanks cannot make progress in deep mud. After Autumn foliage cover is gone.

  11. He is not the one with imperial ambitions. Just trying to save his own people from Putin‘s insanity. Putin already chased the Crimean Tartars out of Crimea. Somewhere his aggression has to be pushed back. The Ukrainans are resisting the same fate. They are risking everything to stop Putin’s plan to throw democracies under the bus. Putin had plans to take Ukraine in 2o22 and on to Moldova from there. Poland, Finland, Estonia etc, they all know that this is not just a one off for Putin. He is influencing India, N.Korea, China, Sudan, central äafrica and links with South America towards dictatorships and promoting anti USA and anti western Aggression. Putin is responsible for directing refugees towards western coutures. They buy western luxury cars etc yet at the same time attack and are working towards destroying our systems and freedom. Madness.

Because the smaller country does not have the people, the weapons (handed over to Russia: all part of Putin’s longterm plan) they do not deserve USA support? If they look like they are being murdered by Russia you must look the other way? Putting all in? It is their people, not Your GIs that are dying!!! The USA did not want to enter WW2. The Russian occupiers are emptying the museums, .same as their foot soldiers are ransacking and robbing Ukrainan homes for kitchen appliences, even toilets. Russian troops have even returned to the homes of the Russians they evacuated earlier to steal from them. The Ukrsinians in occupied areas are tortured and raped, their water and electricity suppy is cut if they refuse to take Russian citizenship. The abducted children are taught that Ukraine (their homeland) does not exist.
