@Yuri-z2y Donbass is in Ukraine. I thought Russian soldiers are in occuoation of most of it? Zelenskyy announced in reply to Putin‘s February aggression in March 2022 that OK we will not join NATO and will give the eastern regions the vote for if they want independence. But Putin did not reply. At the time Putin was annoyed that his plan to replace Zelenskyy with Yanukovych had not worked and would not even say his name. But also because in reality Putin wanted the land, not independence for The Donbass etc. A lot has happened since then, but after the war, I am sure they can arange independence for The Donbass if still wanted.

@Jenifer_G Putin and Trump speak on the phone all the time. If it is National negotiations you mean as President? What are you saying the USA and Russia should negotiate? They are not at war with each other. Trade deals? Zelenskyy is the President of Ukraine. If you mean Trump should host negotiations regarding Putin’s invasion and slaughter of Ukrainians, then considering the whole thing is about Ukrainian‘s very existence he would be the main person taking part. Would you expect your neighbour to arrive at your door to negotiate with a burglar trespassing in your house. while together they banish you, the nit wit actual home owner?

@moralesxavier777 he wants Trump to stop Ukraine from trying to defend itself. This war is costing him dear. The reasons he gave for invasion were fake! Putin wants the Soviet empire back. He has written about it himself and the Kremlin has also announced which countries they think are theirs. He thought he could just march in and take it. He had a replacement for Zelenskyy in reserve back in February 2022. The people of Ukraine want to remain free. Putin is irradicating their culture and telling the children he stole that their home country does not exist.

@RapIsLife2000 yes he can. Putin is the invader. He only has to recall his troops out! He set himself (formed Wagner) up for this invassion back in 2014. The thing about NATO is a lie. He knows NATO is a defence organisation and Russia was in no danger of invassion from Nato. Russia has shared a boarder in peace with founding member Norway since it was formed in 1949. Putin wants Stalin sized fame as the tsar that got back the Soviet sized empire. It is the whole country that he wants. He says he wants to negotiate because his plan is not is working. He is speculating on what Trump can do for him. His proposal will be doctored so it is impossible for Ukraine to acept. If this realy was about NATO, he had no reason to rewrite the school history books. Destroy Ukrainian culture, artworks etc. No reason to steal the Ukrainian children and force them to sing the Russian anthem every morning and tell them there is no such place as Ukraine. He wants to Rob Ukraine, Molgova, Georgia and more Baltic countries of their independence and put Russian puppets in charge like with Belarus. If Trump can arrange his theft of Ukraine by halting this unexpected Ukrainian resistance then he is a fan. Even if the deal means only part of Ukraine for a truce, because he will not stop. He will be back for the rest as soon as he can.
