He has invaded and tortured locals, abducted the children into Russia and banished families into far eastern Russia the people of those occupied regions. Sold the stollen homes cheaply to imported Russian citizens and any remaining Ukrainian residents are forced to take a Russian passport for access to all amenities, such as water electricity etc. Ethnic cleansing and land grab. Send the locals away, then hold a referendum on all the imported Russians, done and dusted!
