  1. Initially things were not too bad, infact blooming because all money put into building up the war effort would have filtered through. Then some gains would have been made by who ever took over the businesses that pulled out of Russia. They made money on the grain they stole from occupied Ukraine and sold the homes belonging to the Ukrainians forced out of these areas to Russians at knock down prices. Mainly as part of their ethnic cleansing plan, but also gaining revenue. But now it is becoming trickier to hide from his Russians the lack of money available for infrastructure maintenance. Home heating systems, crumbling dams, especially away from Moscow and St. Petersburg in the eastern Regions where most of their troops are recruited from.
