No, Putin ignired Zelenskyy’s agreement because he said woukd not recognise Ukraine as a country and refused to recognise Zelenskyy as a legit president. There are many Russians living in Ukraine, and they do not want to be ruled by Russia.

Russia attacked Ukraine. Ukraine has been forced to defend itself. Ukraine has no intention to take Russia. Never did. They only want the Russian military to get out of their land and stop sending missiles to bomb their cities and civilians. To do this they are attempting to push them back to their own country and trying to knock out the military sites from which they are sending the missiles, their bomb and military equipment depots etc. Ukraine really does not want to take over Russia. Let the Russian themselves sort their own country out. Ukraine is perfectly content to take care of their own country. Russia only knows how to destroy things.

@mysticone17986 You are in denial. The .Wagner group were financed and weaponised by Putin. Formed in 2o14 to be active in the Donbas region along with other insurgents. Putin at the time could not send in his army, so this was a workaround. Look up the history, formation of the Wargner group. There were other private Russian armies too, the .Russics etc. Blame for this war? Putin. The insurgents idea was flagging and he wanted his fame for the history books, so sent in the army to take it in one swoop. That is the reality. All for the ego of that monster.

Kokot Zelensky, They are murders. Putin will poison or fabricate a deadly “accident” even for old friends, should their purpose be over with. And he cares little for his own population either. The reason his troops are not rotated is to postpone the bodybags and front line accounts from reaching the wider public. They are dying from exhaustion. Not until after the March 2024 elections will more home truths leek out.
