The only reason the Russian inclusive ethnic zones are not discussing what to do is because Putin rides rough-shod over every other persons opinion. You have to do what you are told. That is why more countries do not want to be part of Putin’s extended Ego imperialism.

  4. They are neutral, ie NOT in NATO. As an independent sovereign country they can deport anyone they want, who they consider dangerous to the safety of their country. Repeat, they are NOT in NATO and take responsibility for their own protection. Maybe they do nor like spies?
