  1. #Q&A After the implementation of digital fire control and wireless data links on modern/modernised warships, has there been any experiments with networked real time fire control data collection between ships? Eg, two ships linking Radar echo and or other data between fire control computers to create a virtual triangulation sollution with the same base as the distance between the two or more ships with the comparative resolution of all the combined sensors instead of just those on each ship? I'm thinking that capability can be useful for both as a means to compensate for loss of GPS satelites and for faster and more accurate calculation of target speed and heading.

I'd imagine the meat was diced and the stockfish hammered into submission inside a waxed cloth along with the bisquits then poured into the biggest pot of the galley and slow cooked through the day along with the butter and maybe some of the beer, and then doled out as sailors came off or just before they went on their respective watches.
