Officer: Son, is it electric or hydraulic powered, because... Matt: It's hand cranked, officer. Officer: Cool man! Can I try it?!

Michael Bearden yeah, I want a reaction video! XD

#DonttellMere XD

Elijah Marr If you're going to try beeing a smartass you should probably get smart first... Judaism is a religion, but jews are also one of the several semitic peoples native to the eastern mediterranean sea who got dispersed over Europe and the middle east by the Roman Empire after the Jewish revolts in the first and second centuries AD...
11
Wesley Powell or more like the biggest bunch of nazi lies since the Reichstag fire.
9
@dawsontummins3909 the crux of the matter is that he'd need to turn his company into a govt/law enforcement gun demonstration/sales buisness to get one.
9
@America Texas bump-stock? XD
7
Or fill it with Thermite and shoot a HEAT shell at it XD
7
C Mahoney and texas has castle doctrine laws as far as I've heard, so any robbers would better turn up when nobody's home or they will probably be sent to a lead recycling plant instead of a morgue...

Handles on rifles like the m16, FA MAS, FN FAL, H&K G36, Steyr AUG or Barret M82 are carry handles for the weapon itself. Handles on military machineguns like the M249(FN MINI) M240(FN MAG58), PKM etc. are usually integrated in the barrel to make it possible to swap a hot barrel for a cool one in a few seconds without burning the operator's palms to medium-rare with a crisp surface.

Chris Wilson or just the sniff of the air, followed by an ice cold flat full name, a glare that could turn medusa into stone, crossed arms and slow tapping foot...
5
Or, more likely, using too weakly loaded ammo
5
@emcrectangled could have made it into a linear electromagnetic actuator by making the planned projectile into a conductive piston head on a non conductive piston and made the launching cirquit polarity reversable.

And they often slapped additional explosives onto the grenade body and taped or wound it tight to blast bunkers and pillboxes.

@matthewortiz9137 either way, people who are not fully read up on most, preferrably all, facts and aspects of the consequences of a political question should not be allowed to vote on it. And politicians should be judicially accountable for physical or mental damage of their political decisions. Eg. Politicians who cuts down on Psych-care and access should be held accountable for mass shootings where the perp had been denied adequate treatment.

+Joshua Walters Actually, the bayonet isn't sheathed at all, it's just folded to the right and lying parallell to the barrel, and it's more than a foot long with a triangular cross section.
3
M Lee that would make it interesting to see him shoot the same gun and type of target with supersonic solid copper bullets. I would also love to see a comparison with steel or tungsten core fmj ball 9x19mm at the same target, both sub and supersonic.

I'd suggest using alternating layers of plastic wrap and aluminium foil to 1/3" thickness and run it through a vaccum chamber to get it compact.
3
gray ghost if they lived in a city and not miles out in the countryside, then yeah, but where they live now? Nah...
2
ClaviusHD famous last words from Texas ;)

Kevin Button depends on the inserts/applique panels. Bare bones won't stop a .22LR. Full kit will stop at least 7.62x54R AP.
2
It's illegal.
2
@SuperUncleRyan lol, in airsoft, if someone doesn't take hits it's self-regulating most of the time as the cheater gets hosed down until they do or leave the field completely. Also, airsoft can break skin relatively easy too, esp. In outdoor games where the guns are more high powered and ranges more varied. I have one that does ~430fps with .28g bbs right out of the box. That V0 will embed the bb like an oversized zit in uncovered flesh if it hits at less than 30ft, and it's whimpy compared to many airsoft 'sniper' weapons.

LogicalWaste logic is not strong with conspiracy nutters...
2
MrNz96 if you live on one or an adjacent house boat, yes. And by adjacent, I mean anywhere in a 15 mile radius... XD
2
@TheEpicLinkFreeman at an obscene premium... but yeah, an m240 would be nice, I've put around 800 blanks through one myself as an OP-for volounteer in a military exercise :D
2
Peimol deadpan jokes incoming ;)
2
It is, it's classed as a bolt action firearm.
2
@mileycyprus7210 no, he's lying his arse off
2
That's what drum mags do... they jam.
2
It would be, if WT had been worth the grind. But it isn't
2
Matt, you know the material of those helmets have an expiration date of about 10 years... And they were not designed to stop direct-impact bullets, just shrapnel, ricochets and secondary impacts of bullets that's already passed through cover.
2
@tmanoutdoors8277 and a LOT of political and military bureaucracy that ensured every french commanders first priority was to cover his own arse vs. political adversaries and higher ranking brass in case an operation went to shit in a handbasket.
2
In an actual combat with 10+ rifles shooting as fast as they can run the bolt and a couple of machineguns rattling off at 1200rpm, both in 7.92mm mauser, plus any StuGs or StuHs blasting anything too heavy for the infantry and nobody will hear that ping other than the GI who's hand is already on it's way to get another fresh clip from his ammo pouches.
2
You get cold, rigid and brittle explosives.
2
If I were american I would have owned a Mosin Nagant.
1
How about doing the same loose (birdseed, bbs, etc) loads but at 45 degree elevation?
1
Well, if it hit the bone, the arm would hang on by scraps of skin and flesh that could be torn off completely by any violent movement as an unconcious reaction to beeing hit, if it hit only flesh, the bone would keep it attatched.
1
Most modern HMG gunners use a mix of AP/Ball, Tracer and High Explosive Incendiary rounds though... While Anti-material rifle snipers often use either sub-caliber sabot rounds, AP, Ball or HEI depending on target afaik.

classicMaxReviews "I'ma touchy fishy" Demo ranch style XD
1
Arrowflight never heard of that until now, and I find it really depressing that there's a market for that :/ Mankind is fucked up...
1
JudgmentDay78 on the other hand, I'm thinking Mere's more than a little jaded by now as he's probably been doing insane but safe-ish stunts like this his entire life before he started filming and posting it too. XD
1
CWB1863 It's basically a gun nut version of "I'm a gonna touchy fishy" XD
1
David Burke Barrel length for sawn off shotguns is significant, but only in the way that it's easier to conceal and handle in confined spaces such as inside a get-away vehicle or bank vault...
1
The Dude lol, yeah, if they'd had concrete walls, that 300 win mag would probably have busted the windows from preassure alone XD
1
matthew chau too late, Mere will have sold or scrapped them all by now ;)

pauldrice1996 my dad got about 50% of his hearing lost to a dual 155mm coastal artillery turret during an exercise early in his career as a coastal artillery officer... It was back inthe '60ies and he had just shouted cease fire orders through a speaking tube in the back of the armored turret and put his ear to it to get confirmation when the shots went out... The local over preassure from the muzzle blast threw him ten feet back and had him with a concussion and permanent ear damage in the tender care of the regimental doctor for several days... then again the job of the coastal artillery at the time was to keep the Soviet Baltic fleet and their electronic intelligence "fishing boats" from coming closer than they already did. And in that context, a few training and exercise accidents among junior officers or conscripts in training were acceptable especially when, compared to the number of airforce pilots who occationally even died in training accidents when they flew to fast and too low in their SAAB AJ37's over mountain forests or jinking between islands in coastal archipelagos or under some of the higher bridges of Stockholm. Those pilots who returned safely to base often had pine needles and twigs stuck on wing mounts from their low altitude personal competitions unofficially sanctioned by airforce command as they gave the pilots an edge against the soviet ones if the cold war had turned hot in Europe.

How about making a pintle mount for mere's job car XD

oldog then that assertiom is where you failed basic chemistry... Oxygen, as stated, is an oxidizer, it provides something for other elements to react with in exothermic reactions to form oxides such as carbon oxides, metal oxides etc. Some of these reactions are intense enough to classify as combustion, others are not. Also, chlorine and flouride are two elements that have similiar properties as oxygen.

@popanda3652 if you rubber coat the projectiles, they won't launch. A rail gun requires the projectile to be an electric conduit for the launching current. And the deformation of and friction between a rubber coated projectile and a launching tube/barrel in anything not gas powered (gunpowder/co2/air/spray fuel aerosol) will get the projectile stuck in the tube.
