In the system I'm used to, there's only five categories of licence plates, four civilian ones, green with black symbols for dealers temporary, white with black symbols for regular road vehicles, yellow with black symbols for taxis, light blue with white symbols for diplomats, and, finally the military plates which are black with yellow numbers only. All plates come in single or dual line formats, and as long as the placement is unobstructed, the info is correct and legible and the plate illumination works, it doesn't matter if you use the standard single or half width double line format.

First of all, she was born to money with a hedge fund manager father and a high profile buisness lawyer mother iirc, her own earnings from her artist work is essentially a nice coincidence as far as living necessities goes for TS, that's why it hasn't gone to her head. And her parents advice through her upbringing is what's ensured that she's learned to actually read and understand contractual fine print and refuse bullshit clauses that could have enabled music labels to cheat her out of those earnings. Money that she's using to pay her stage hands, riggers, techs and oadies fairly (as in $10k+ per person at her latest tour in Europe)

Employed servants and every other worker should get paid a living wage, or, the full value of their efforts after materials, utilities and maintenance costs for the equipment used has been deducted from the proceeds, whichever is greater. Along with a 30-40h work week, 4-5weeks paid vacation, and all community infrastructure should be publically owned and run/maintained by the public, not private companies.
