With penalties including but not limited to buisness licence revoked and treating the buisness itself as a tool of a crime just like a burglars lockpicks or a fake ID of a conman for purposes of criminal asset forfeiture.

  21. Not fines, courts should be able to declare a company completely forfeited as a criminal entity if it attempts to abuse the legal system for profit with false claims. Ie: ceo lies in court->court declares company forfeited for perjury, buisness licences voided and all company assets in that jurisdiction are legally seized, material assets sold off at executive auction, IP transfered to public domain and the opposite party is awarded a default judgement to their benefit as well as compensated for court costs from the proceeds of the default.

  27. This is why I think metadata collection without a court order in a criminal investigation should itself be a felony on par with treason and meth cooking and selling it to kids... And I would like to see a law that companies, especially companies with more than ten employees, that deliberately breaks laws, regardless if by direct intent or by systematic negligience that's deliberately not corrected, or defies court orders should be subject to criminal asset forfeiture in their entirety. Their IP assets becoming public domain, and their physical assets sold at auction with the proceeds first paying restitution to any direct victims of it's crimes, any excess divided equally among non-management staff. Management, board members, CEOs and any owner who has actively contributed to the crimes with their voting, should be charged with RICO.

When a company is comitting fraud or other crimes by intent or malicious negligience to boost profits or entrap customers, the company itself should be considdered tools of a crime, seized and forfeited accordingly while the board and owners would be charged with felony RICO/wire fraud, extortion etc...

  31. ​ @nerobernardino88  wrong, even as a Scandinavian democratic socialist, I think everyone has an absolute right to be as vile as they want in their own home as long as the vileness isn't a direct threat to someone else present and stays inside said persons home. I also think that electronic devices need to be strictly forbidden from monitoring sound or image of any kind while appearing to be/is in standby mode and only allowed to monitor through a push to talk function on a smartwatch/phone app, and personal info/metadata should only be legal to store locally on physical memory drives that require the customer to actively prompt their device to share any specific data entry. I also think trading or exchanging metadata/customer generated personal data without active customer instructions to do so in each specific case or without a discovery/criminal investigation court order should be classed as an espionage felony that, if a company can be shown to have broken the law, their buisness licence should be forfeited and the company dissolved with all it's assets dispersed through executive auction and the proceeds going to secular medical charity orgs.
