@goldenvulture6818 publically accessible evidence suggests differently, but it's up to the courts to examine, evaluate and test ALL of the evidence, not just that which is apparent to all at face value.

There's still the Trump sump...

@deusexaethera and inciting racist and insurrectionist violence isn't a threat to the state and the citizens that constitute that state? AJ is every bit as much a terrorist as his ISIS recruiter counterparts. Same rhetoric, same lies, same objectives, just under different labels and aimed at different victims.
4
@potstab2875 quit parroting lies, German press is already calling out the "stop the steal" rhetoric for what it actually is: A textbook rehash of Erich Ludendorfs "back stab" conspiracy delusions from the Weimar Republic era...
4
@_DarkKnight2301_ the law should be changed so that while they may take the photo, using that photo for commercial purposes without written consent should be a felony.
3
@bixmcgoo5355 better to let the local populations they poisoned choose the punishment...

@disky01 and that's a dumb ass backwards way of creating a rule of convenience by the production company and actors associations to save money on training firearms handling to actors and allowing actors to shirk responsibility. Any actor who expects to accepts a role involving firearms has the moral obligation of taking enough firearm handling & safety classes to make a final check of their own on any firearm they are presented with regardless of what status the person handing it over claims it is in. Unloading, inspecting and reloading any cartridge revolver takes a minute at the most, and since live pistol rounds weigh about twice as much as blanks of the same caliber, it's even possible to do safely where it's too dark to see the tip of your own nose. In military context, when you are handing over a weapon, you are required to relay it's status, eg: loaded & safe; magazine/belt inserted & safe, or; unloaded & safe. Regardless of the reported status, as a recipient, you repeat the status and yet is still required to check to confirm it and responsible for everything that happens with the weapon from the moment you got it in your hands and repeated the status.

@Tkokat technically, afaik, he could have shot her for harrassment and tresspassing on his property without breaking the law.
3
@malice6081 that doesn't require any modding
3
@jartalol31 no she can't hire anyone without her dads permission, or he's legally able to throw her in jail indefinitely without a trial. That's one of the key points of a conservatorship.
3
I doubt it was a misunderstanding, it was more likely a deliberate misrepresentation...
3
Except Biden hasn't comitted any crimes with malicious intent while serving the public, unlike Trump AND those unqualified family members Trump placed in his administration/"court"...
3
@johnsphpaulin1162 you seem to forget the nordic countries who has been around since the 9th century and are about as old in the constitution and parliament game as the UK.
3
@Mariachigod no, the rich did not become that way by honest work, they became rich by cheating people who did the actual work (eg. the employees) out of their fair share of the revenue.
3
@waterdamagedtextbook9858 your argument actually supports a general mask mandate while showing why it's also nessesary to have exceptions for existing medical conditions that makes wearing a mask unfeasible or impossible. Essentially the same reason why more or less mandated standard vaccination protocols exist in civilized countries.
3
Shhh, don't spoil the surprise!
3
They are legally obligated to refuse any order that violates the international conventions of the laws of war, just like every other soldier on the planet.
3
Exactly, and tbh, that trade should have been criminalized from the start as a form of espionage and invasion of privacy.
3
It does, it acknowledges the right to live, and as human life is impossible without atmospheric oxygen...
3
@JCGver I think they'd be better served with a Chauchat
3
@Jehty_ then the fines should be scaled to exceed any possible profit they could have made.
3
@Paufit that's one story that's too good to be true.
3
@johnladuke6475 no, it's ONLY about if you have explicit permission at each specific occation for the specific touching you want to do. If there is no explicit permission, hands off. If there is permission, then only the specified forms of touching is ok, anything else is assault, sexual or otherwise.
3
@jaxsterminator8634 whatever you need to tell yourself to stay insane buddy...
3
@TheLeonidas989 dream on, traitor.
3
He also controls what happens with all the rest of it, he just can't get at it until the cornucopia runs out and he pushes her to suicide... with a forged testament...
3
Tbh, from a foreign perspective, this reads like the checklist for how to destabilize global civilization, economy and environment in order to bring about a biblical apocalypse...🤦🏼♂️
3
@Raz.C not since the 18th century
3
Oooh, that's a good one, but why restrict it to charity orgs? Why not simply have the rule that everyone who wants to make political donations may only donate a sum equal to the net tax they have paid the previous fiscal year. And, if they want to make any political donations at all, they are not allowed to apply for any kind of tax deductions or financial subsidiaries for themselves, any company they control or any NGO they represent.
3
@havokharmon8418 and they did it mostly on their own initiative in order to undermine US ability to interfere with their hostile takeover attempts in Europe and the middle east along with Putins newest lapdogs, Erdogan, Assad, Orban, etc.
3
To limit the numbers of heirs the dad would have to share her assets with when he can't force her to work anymore and drives her to suicide...
3
@shreychaudhary4477 because that would make law enforcement impossible and result in total anarchy until someone gathers enough armed forces to make themselves king.
3
Yup, the US really need to step up their law enforcement efforts vs domestic terrorists to the same level they are pursuing international equivalent movements like IS and Al Quaeda.
3
@jonnym4670 she should count herself lucky she and her sister didn't get shot in self defense...
3
@OpalBLeigh indeed, it does, however, almost universally, correlate to entitlement, arrogance and hubris.
3
@faiththrower7951 6ft under?
3
@1SCme Exaxtly, but americans have been brainwashed for more than a century to belive the lie of those insurance companies and corporate lobbyists.
3
@리주민 in the sense that if they aren't funny, they don't get an audience, yes.
3
@rickross9829 no, you are, because the difference between a joke and harassment is when the butt of the "joke" is focused on someone other than the comedian. Then it's either harrassment, slander and defamation or even inciting hate crime.
3
@darksideblues135 your "I'm right because I say I'm right" assertions only proves that you are either delusional to the point that you need psychiatric treatment, or a troll.
3
I'd say that should go under the same laws as those stating if someone got killed in the perpetration of any crime, the perpetrator of that crime (the theft of a package on someones porch) is charged with felony 3rd degree murder
3
Projecting much 🤣
3
@JasonBoyce dude, your straw man is smoking... Don't act stupid.
3
@BrianStewart126 I call bs.
3
@letao12 I call bs on all of your anecdotes
3
@ZombiZohm and diciplining does not require physical violence. If the kid doesn't understand the rules enough to follow them, corporal punishment won't magically make them. It will just teach them to be better at hiding anything they value from you and leave them vulnerable to groomers and other older strangers who offers to listen to them and show them affection with or without ulterior motives. Don't abuse your kids by hitting them for any false excuse.
3
@Yosef Cardoso then again, the really juicy bits of that won't show until the prosecution has been able to sift through it all.
3
Or just make it a felony to trade metadata to third parties.
2
@PickpocketJones I won't put money against your prediction...
2
I'd say the thieves should be the one facing murder charges as they are the ones who caused a fatality while perpetrating a premeditated crime.
