  3. How can it be democratic standard when Russia invaded that area back in 2014, drove out the pro-Ukrainian people of those lands or killed them and Russia is to hold the vote? And you think that would be legit? Tell us... if NATO troops invaded Kaliningrad, Russia... kicked out and/or killed pro-Russian civilians then held a vote with those who were left... would Russia accept that vote?
