Betsy DeVos when she was Secretary of education was laughed off the stage when she made the statement that the establishment of historically black universities and colleges was a perfect example of school choice. What are the commentators had to ask her to listen to her for a second because she explained that black universities and colleges were established because it was illegal for black students to achieve Masters and doctorates at universities in the United States. This was due to the extreme segregation in racism that existed at the time. Betsy DeVos is a complete moron.
