  2. @Sam Mencia No sitting president can make secret deals without informing Congress of all details. A president is NOT a King or Dictator, we have three equal branches of government: Executive, Judicial, and Legislative. This is why every conversation has to be documented. The Trump administration tried to hide and cover up the Ukrain conversation for political reasons.
