Mark my words, this lawsuit by the DOJ will lead to an impeachment hearing. The only difference between the Comcast /NBC /Universal merger and the AT&T and Time Warner merger is the person sitting in the White House. This may come down to simple collusion between the Executive and Justice and under our current laws that can be seen as a misdemeanor... as in high crimes and misdemeanor.
