  1. Uber is the very definition of a Ponzi scheme, it will never make money. Comparing Uber to Amazon is laughable, retail/merchandise and rideshare couldn't be further apart in terms of revenue and growth. The only way Uber makes money is if it acquires Lyft and about 30% of all taxi services in the United States, and that's not going to happen.
