  1. None of these corporations are Monopolies and none of these corporations have violated any Federal Statutes or have broken any Federal Laws. So for a Republican-controlled government to regulate a corporation based only on a perceived political leaning is Unconstitutional. [Citizens United Vs. The FEC] cites, corporations are people too with a constitutionally protected right of free speech and expression.
