  1. Same day delivery only works if you have the logistics network in place first. Target does NOT have their own warehouses and distribution centers to fulfill same day orders. The reason why Target failed in Canada is because Target didn't have their own warehouses and distribution centers.

  2.  @therealnowyouknow  Then they wouldn't be able to compete with Amazon. There's a reason why Amazon stopped using UPS, USPS, & FedEx and started their own Logistics and shipping. Also if you didn't notice they never mention Walmart and this report. Because Amazon and Target combined cannot compete with Walmart's Warehouse, Shipping, and Logistics Network.
