  1. Amazon isn't dictating anything on streaming. Netflix is the king of streaming and the closest runner-up last year was HBO then Hulu. Disney is absolutely No threat to Netflix. Disney is in the Princess business, meaning only PG-13 content, and the largest demographic by a mile that drives streaming/Netflix subscriptions are Males:18-45, meaning Rated-R and TV-MA. Disney streaming is DOA. But if I had to make a guess I'd say Apple will acquire Netflix.
