I hope Trump understands that when this trial is over there could be possible High crimes and misdemeanor hearings by the Congress. A sitting president who's on the record and said he has a personal Vendetta against CNN. Because he better pray the Democrats don't get ahold of the Congress in the midterm elections.

kerry mcinnis Then you don't know anything about case law surrounding vertical mergers because Comcast have the exact same vertical merger with NBC Universal and the justice department fit inside any concerns over that and approved that merger. The justice department doesn't have a leg to stand on because of the Fourteenth Amendment, we have equal protections under law. Both mergers are identical, AT&T/ Time Warner and Comcast/ NBC Universal, Trump the president the federal government can not show any bias or prejudice towards its citizens. And thanks to Citizens United corporations are people too.

kerry mcinnis Please point out what you believe a Corporate Monopoly is because apparently you know very little about the law or the antitrust law. You people on the far-right a maze me with your lack of knowledge when it comes to definitions of simple terms.

kerry mcinnis Google Amazon aren't monopolies. Your ignorance is hilarious and sad at the same time. But just for fun how exactly are you going to charge Amazon and Google with being monopolies when they're not?
1
kerry mcinnis If you have time to read this is what a monopoly is. http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/monopoly.html

bodyworks20102014 Right, of course. Apparently no one cares... that's why you took the time to leave a comment... because you don't care. That's Flawless Logic on your part.
1
bodyworks20102014 Yet another comment that proves you really don't care.

kerry mcinnis And you realize the definition you provide it defeats your entire argument. Google is not the only Search Engine, there are other search engines. People have a choice to use Google or not, therefore Google is not a monopoly. Amazon is not the only online seller or retailer, there's eBay, Best Buy, Walmart, Target etc... so, again Amazon is not a monopoly. Did you even read the definition before you posted it?
1
kerry mcinnis Is English your second language? That's the only way someone would grossly misinterpret the meaning of the word monopoly? No one is this stupid naturally.
1
kerry mcinnis How is AT&T/ Time Warner a clear example of corporate Monopoly when Comcast/ NBC Universal represents the exact same company, Verizon represents the exact same company Viacom/ CBS represents the exact same company, Disney/ ABC represents the exact same company. Monopoly means [singular] there's only one.

1. Dailymotion. http://www.dailymotion.com/us Vimeo https://vimeo.com/ 2. Amazon can't even come close to Walmarts quarterly sales and every large corporation receives subsidies. http://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/walmart-government-subsidies-study#51652 Come on, you must be a Troll because any five-year-old could answer those questions.
1
English really is your second language [duopoly] means Two. None of the corporations you cited are [duopolies] either. https://www.investopedia.com/terms/d/duopoly.asp Try again.
1
Now I know you're a Troll. Wikipedia? Wikipedia is an open platform which means anyone at any time with a computer can change and falsify the information. But good luck with that.
1
Widely used? That doesn't matter. People have [a choice] to use them, they are not blocked by Google and anyone can access them. A Monopoly is about limiting choice. You're making this way too easy.
1
My goal isn't to convince you of anything, my only goal is to make you look like a fool. Your opinion against Fact. Fact: proved you have no idea what the Monopoly even means. Which you admitted and then tried to mistakenly use the word Duopoly. Which made me laugh.
1
Wikipedia is the least trusted source on the internet. Anyone with a computer at any time can change or falsify any information.

Lively dissertation, but none of that proves AT&T or Amazon are Monopolies. Disney is a much larger corporation that AT&T and Walmart is a much larger corporation than Amazon. Now how can Facebook be doing any of what you claim when you cited their direct competitor Google as a Monopoly? If Facebook exists then your claim that Google is a Monopoly is Bullshit.
1
kerry mcinnis You have yet to provide a single corporation that is a monopoly. AT&T Amazon Google they are not monopolies not a single one of them they have competition. Secondly, I haven't attacked your character or engaged in name calling. You might want to look up the definition of ad hominem attack.
1
kerry mcinnis Great, if you don't want to consider Google a competitor with Facebook then what about myspace, it's still around it is a competitor of Facebook. It was the dumbest social media platform until Facebook came along Facebook became the dominant social media platform because of choice not because of Fraud. It was a Level Playing Field and people chose Facebook... it's not a monopoly.
1
kerry mcinnis Which Market forces are you talking about here? Even after the mergers none of these corporations will be monopolies.
1
kerry mcinnis AT&T on the their own are not a corporate Monopoly. Because you have companies like Verizon and Sprint and T-Mobile Metro PCS cricket and straight talk from Walmart. Again, no matter what you have I can always rely on the actual facts to dismiss your argument.
1
kerry mcinnis How exactly did I admit Walmart is a borderline Monopoly? Please quote me directly.
