The justice department doesn't have a leg to stand on because of the Fourteenth Amendment, we have equal protections under law. Both mergers are identical, AT&T/ Time Warner and Comcast/ NBC Universal, Trump the president the federal government can not show any bias or prejudice towards its citizens. People have a choice to use Google or not, therefore Google is not a monopoly. Amazon is not the only online seller or retailer, there's eBay, Best Buy, Walmart, Target etc... so, again Amazon is not a monopoly. Did you even read the definition before you posted it?

It was the dumbest social media platform until Facebook came along Facebook became the dominant social media platform because of choice not because of Fraud. It was a Level Playing Field and people chose Facebook... it's not a monopoly.
