  1. This is Government overreach, this is Citizens United all over again. These corporations haven't violated any federal statutes or federal laws, and they aren't monopolies nor are they public utilities. But the Republicans want to regulate a private corporation on their perceived political affiliation? This is the very definition of McCarthyism, this is unconstitutional. The Citizens United decision was clear, corporations are people too with a constitutional right to freedom of speech and expression.
