Here's why: The Government suspended all Net Neutrality protections in December of 2017 and the Government can reestablish Net Neutrality protections tomorrow if they wanted. The complaint this Cable Operators Association has made against Comcast is based on Net Neutrality protection, that's their entire complaint, So the burden falls on the Government, not Comcast.

@cmrpeach3470 First, if there are competitors (Cable Operators Association) then Comcast isn't a so-called "monopoly". Second, the point is this situation was created by the Trump administration and could be solved by the Trump administration. So the complaint doesn't have a snowball's chance in Hell of succeeding.
