  1. This panel is full of morons and imbeciles. But that's typical for Fox. The Disney lawyers cannot wait until this bill is signed by DeSantis into law. After it's signed, the Disney lawyers will file a lawsuit against the State of Florida, which will quickly make its way to the 11th Circuit Court of appeals, then it will be deemed unconstitutional for violating the Disney Corporation's 1st and 14th Amendment Rights. Due to the fact that the State of Florida is specifically targeting the Disney Corporation with this Bill, and allowing (RCLCO Real Estate : The Villages) to keep their special district classification. That's a direct and overt violation of the 1st Amendment, freedom of speech and the 14th Amendment, equal treatment under law. In the United States, since 1886, we've had a legal classification known as (Corporate Personhood Constitutional Protections). That classification says that corporations have the exact same constitutional protections as an individual. Which has been upheld by the Supreme Court several times in the last 136 years. The last time the Supreme Court upheld (corporate personhood constitutional rights) was in 2010 with (Citizens United versus the Federal Elections Commission). The Republicans never thought of the unintended consequence of pushing that court case. The Supreme Court will refuse to hear this case, and let the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals decisions stand. This is going to be very embarrassing for the state of Florida and Ron DeSantis.
