All construction on the Belt and Road in Pakistan and Africa came to a complete stop! Slowing down Belt and Road projects in other countries. This is the real reason why President Xi went to Saudi Arabia earlier this year. What Chines dictator Xi doesn't understand is that the Saudi Royal Family is afraid of the Sunni Wahhabi Clerics.
