China in their press conference last Friday made it clear (three parts) of this agreement will NOT be in writing, they will be verbal agreements. You cannot enforce a verbal treaty. Trump is a FOOL!

@JaredIl We do Know! China has never acknowledged Intelectual Property Rights and the section in this so-called treaty dealing with IPR will be (A Verbal Agreement). You cannot enforce a verbal agreement. Trump is a Fool. It's a long Press Conference but China specifically said three sections will NOT be written, they will be verbal agreements only.

@RCXDerp No they can't. If sections of a Treaty are not approved by Congress then you cannot enforce it. That's why Trump is a fool. It has to be in writing.
