  1. They had a strategy to rip-off active-duty soldiers by foreclosure on property and repossessing cars and trucks when the soldier was sent to Iraq or Afghanistan, they got caught. They had a strategy to rip-off minority customers by overcharging service fees and inflated interest rates, they got caught. They then had a strategy to rip-off existing customers by opening second and third credit cards and checking accounts ruining peoples credit and they got caught. None of this was an accident, or isolated to a region it was all nationwide. it was all planned by Wells Fargo Executives
