  2. Blueskygal Then you're an idiot and you have no idea what this case was about. The Trump Administration in December of last year had the FCC to remove all Net Neutrality consumer protections. Then in February the Department of Justice files antitrust charges against the AT&T/Time Warner merger claiming the very same consumer protections would be violated?? The Federal Government cannot have it both ways, the FCC can reinstate Net Neutrality tomorrow and all of the Department of Justice's consumer protections concerns would be eliminated overnight. This is why the Judge yesterday told the the US Attorney's don't even think about filing an appeal. Because it's obvious their entire argument is based on Net Neutrality, a statute the very same Administration struck down 6 months ago.
