  1. Everything they are claiming here as to why the housing market has so-called reached "paralysis" is Bullshit. There are two signs of a strong economy: Construction and the Housing Market. Construction in commercial, retail, industrial, and residential real estate is way up and has been for the last three years but residential home sales has been stagnant for almost two years now. Also the claim a lot of these starter home market is decimated because investors bought up millions of these starter home properties and "have covenants in their contracts" is pure Bullshit. Several of these property investment groups since 2004 have gone bankrupt or were caught up in the housing bubble of 2007 and walked away from half-finished housing communities leaving the Banks to auction off any and all properties. The Banks don't have to honor the covenants in order to recoup their losses.
