  1. Trump's infrastructure plan is DOA. This plan depends on individual states to raise 80% of the money internally. That means new Tolls or increased Road/Gas Taxes that will never go away. That is a nonstarter.

  2. It's a lot considering you're also paying a fuel tax when you buy gas. Florida has one of the highest gas taxes in the country. A Toll road is the exact same tax. They are both supposed to pay for road construction and repair.
