This is how ransomware works... Several employees at Colonial Pipeline (gave access) to these Hackers through e-mails that contained viruses, that if opened WILL take over any computer system. By the way, the controlling partner in the Colonial Pipeline is Koch Industries, you know, one of the largest Republican donors in America. Nice try, but this shutdown is a result of the Republic Party through decades of deregulation.
