  1. Art Hogan is a fucking Moron. The winds of change had nothing to do with the decline of Sears or any brick and mortar retailer. They weren't on a level playing field. Service Merchandise, Toys R US, Circuit City, Radio Shack, Comp USA, and Sears all suffered from the same economic factor, they all had to collect sales tax and Amazon didn't. That made sites like Amazon and eBay popular because buyers knew they could save 10% to 20% on similar items at Amazon vs buying it at a retailer like Sears. They didn't pay sales taxes Art!
